We build where we live
Staying inside one scheme is a choice, not a limitation. Our sites are minutes apart, the same site staff move between them, and if something needs sorting out after handover we are a short drive away rather than a phone call to another city.
Right now there are 4 buildings on Block A: Hasan Excellency, Hasan Residency 1, Hasan Residency 11, One Park Square. Ask about any of them at the office and we will pull out the plans.
What that means for a buyer
One neighbourhood
Every building we have put up is in Naya Nazimabad, Karachi, on Block A. We know the plots, the approvals and the people, and buyers can see all four sites in an afternoon.
Shops under the flats
Our buildings are mixed-use by design. At Hasan Excellency that means 31 shops across two ground floors, so residents have the daily necessities downstairs and the shopkeepers have footfall from upstairs.
